We have been in the Fitness Industry serving Bergen County for over 23 years. Phil Ross, Master Trainer, RKC Team Leader and 7th Degree Black Belt Instructor heads the facility. We have Personal and Group Fitness classes in Martial Arts, Camp (KB)2 Boot Camp (Kickboxing & Kettlebells), S.W.A.T. Kettlebell based training class and our Fit Kidz Classes.We also have a full Martial Arts curriculum for Children, Men, Women & Teens.
