We come to your home or office!Currently we are running a special 3 private yoga sessions (60 minutes each) for $100.1 session for $653 sessions for $1005 sessions for $22510 sessions for $55025 sessions for $900Yoga is a 'practice'. Some people are naturally flexible.....some not so much. Some days all of us are more flexible than other days. You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. All you have to do is ALLOW yourself to experience the poses and the breath. It doesn't matter how well you do, or if you can touch your toes. What does matter is that you move with intention and respect your ability at each moment throughout class.
