The Youth UpRising Social Enterprise Hub was created to give youth job skills and a living wage as a means of community transformation.

The first of the Socail Enterprises is The Corners Cafe. The Corners Cafe (YU Eat) is open to the public Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. YU Eat speciliazes in Eco Freindly food at two locations, the fisrt on the Youth UpRising campus at 8711 MacArthur Blvd Oakland, CA and the other at 1021 81st ave Oakland, CA 94621. YU Eat does catering for all events both large and small and is available upon request. The second of the Social Enterprises is YU Count Data Management. YU Count has various contracts with businesses and non profit organizations for a wide range of Data Entry. YU Work is the third business we operate providing Janitorial and Landscaping to our clients on a daily basis. YU create is the last of the Social Enterprises providing Multimedia Productions services to our customers.
