ZM-Machines Service Plans We offer 1 & 2 year service plans on all of the computer systems that we sell. This plan covers remote diagnosis using a remote software solution called Instant House Call. We can diagnose and repair most issues remotely using this program. If the problem is a hardware issue we will be able to determine what the issues is and let you know what the options are for correcting the problem. One option will be for the customer to ship the product back to us at our cost to repair the malfunction if possible. Another option may be for us to send a technician from a local IT company in your area to repair the issue, if available in your area. If we can not repair the malfunction we will then provide other possible actions that we can take to remedy the situation.
