.The Owner has over twenty five years as a contractor and experience in both commercial and residential industries. The owner possesses very diverse building experience with project types like schools, bigbox retail, hospitals, shopping centers, industrial facilities high coastal residences and many different types of renovation and remodeling projects. In addition to excellent performance and hand on experience in all building trades this enables very detailed design work and finishes that rival any contractor today. Most firms specialize, due to lack of skilled experience AOS has a long building family history dating back to historic Italy and also expresses interest in the most current of technology and material uses.
