Business description
Educational Non-Profit: We teach about migratory birds using the amazing collection of C.E. Blevins' species specific clay bird egg replicas.
Our museum is open Monday-Friday for group tours--Saturday for the general public. The tour consists of: an Introduction to Oology (the science of eggs), Habitat Trail Bird Identification Game, Paint Your Own Bird Egg, and Build A Nest. Visitors will view the world's largest collection of species specific replica eggs nestled in real nests ( We possess Federal and State permits for our growing collection). We have over 1200 species represented, from the Elephant Bird egg (the largest single cell that ever existed on earth) to the tiniest eggs (of the hummingbird). People of all ages are fascinated by the incredible artistry of our migratory birds; and the artistry of C.E. Blevins as he worked tirelessly for 25 years to create a permanent record of these fragile natural jewels.
