BLI serves commercial and industrial lighting consumers in the States of MN, IA, WI, IL, MO, SD, ND, NE. BLI has 3 major divisions that dominate in their markets. Their core business is wholesale lighting distribution sales to commmercial industrial consumers. Their second division is lighting maintenance which includes bucket trucks, service vans, and lifts to service signs, interior and exterior lighting. This division quickly became an full service electrical contracting division complete with Master Electricians, Journeyman, and apprentices. The most recent expansion is with their Energy Services Division. This department combines the distribution and installation services of the core company and adds a design engineering team that develops their own projects.
