Aches and pains are not a normal part of aging. They are usually the result of not knowing how to find the right bodywork therapy and/or not knowing what kind of self-care will be helpful. I learned this while recovering from an injury myself. I have studied many ways of working with muscle, tendon, and ligament pain so that I can help you to feel better. I have studied and continue to study many different treatment modalities so that I can use what is best for your situation. And I will teach you the appropriate self-care so that you can take care of your body yourself. My work is useful for chronic, ongoing aches, or specific overuse of muscles, strains, tension, muscle-tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and muscle aches from automobile accidents or falls.
