Care Medical Athens GA

On 2 Feb 2023 Care Medical of Athens received my CPAP Machine -ResMed A10- to send off to ResMed’s repair/contract facility because the blower motor was DEAD. I have called them on six separate occasions trying to get a repair status and a “loaner” machine. Zero success in all calls.

on 2/24/23 I spent 20 minutes speaking with Mr. Walker at Medicare CMS. He was shocked by your neglect because this machine is a medical necessity for anyone with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. After looking it up on his database, he found that it was past the 13 month period and that any local DME provider could provide a loaner and get the ResMed CPAP machine repaired. Please send the ResMed machine back to me and I’ll find someone with a loaner and have them send it off for repair.
