Caribe serves dishes inspired from islands across the Caribbean. Start off lunch with some Conch Fritters, served with banana ketchup and pickapeppa remoulade, followed by a Barbequed Pulled Pork Sandwich (roasted pulled pork with spicy mango papaya barbecue sauce) served with pineapple mango coleslaw. Thirsty? We serve up a variety of fun tropical sodas. Beer and wine also available. Begin dinner with a Spinach and Arugula Salad. Move on to Jamaican Rundown (coconut stew with crab, carrots, onions, peppers, pumpkin, potatoes served with jasmine rice). Top it off with a key lime tart for dessert. Relax on the weekend with a tropical mimosa and an Island Eggs Benedict (conch fritters on a bed of fresh spinach, topped with poached eggs and creole hollandaise).
