Carroll Memory Gardens creates a quiet and tranquil setting. Dogwood, magnolia and oak trees shadow the black top roadways through out the cemetery. The Garden of Valor sits on a gentle slope overlooking a large pond with a flagpole feature and view of the water fountain can be seen from any area in the military section.
