Established in 1980, CMC continues to provide services to enhance the full development and utilization of all human resources. Services include training courses in these and other areas: Personal Empowerment, Understanding, Valuing and Managing Diversity, Mentor-Mentoree, Teambuilding, Conflict Resolution, and various Management Development Topics. DISC and Personal Values along with debrief discussions, Needs Assessments/Opinion Surveys/Cultural Audits, Keynote, Convention and Special Program Speaking are also available. Executive and employee coaching, mediation and career planning programs also provided. Three books authored by Harvey J. Coleman are available from the office or Author House. They include: "Empowering Yourself: The Organizational Game Revealed"; "Rules of the Game High School, College, Life" along with a Discussion guide of the same name. CMC created the P.I.E. Formula (Performance, Image, Exposure) theory and it is included in a variety of the training course services provided. Full client list available upon request.
