Mediation is a process in which a mediator helps parties negotiate their differences with an eye toward resolution and settlement. The cost of mediating a case (which can be as little as a few hundred dollars) is minimal compared to the costs incurred through the life of a lawsuit. Our office location provides for a comfortable and professional environment; private mediation rooms, plush seating for 8 in the board room, and refreshments are always available to ensure your comfort during the mediation process. Our Mediators are trained professionals and come from diverse fields of experience including farming, real estate, attorney / law, insurance, civic municipalities, and collections.
