Alternatively, we also purchase existing single-family homes, duplexes, and four-plexes and convert them, through renovation, to fully handicapped accessible sites. * Currently own and manage 66 homes, duplexes and four-plexes and lease to licensed foster care providers for clients with mental and physical disabilities. * Provide expertise in the design and construction of ADA approved wheelchair ramps, roll-in handicapped accessible bathrooms, wheelchair accessible hallways, doorways and kitchens. * Serving nine national LFC providers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. * $2.1 million annual revenue. * $16.5 million in real estate assets. * Also own and manage apartment buildings in South Minneapolis (Linden Hills) and Hudson, WI. for rent to the public.
