With over 20 locations, including outpatient clinics, the DeKalb Regional Crisis Center, the DeKalb Addiction Clinic, the DeKalb MR Services Center, DeKalb Enterprises, CHOICE and Crossroads programs, the DeKalb CSB provides quality, person-centered services with a focus on recovery and helping consumers achieve their fullest participation within the community. The DeKalb CSB is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
