Set atop McKown Hill at the highest point in town, this 19th-century sea captain’s home is joined by two classic summer guesthouses and offers stylish, modern accommodations and amenities just steps from a charming coastal village you won’t soon forget. Water views greet you in every direction – sunrise and the famous footbridge across inner harbor to the east, the lighthouses and islands and out to sea to the south, and the western sunset. Before the main course is served, guests can help themselves to great locally roasted coffee, tea, fresh fruit, tasty homemade granola, yogurt, baked goods, cereals, juices and much more. Each morning we offer a composed dish cooked to order featuring produce from our vegetable and herb gardens and offerings from the local farmers market.
