Xspec pays special attention to the quality and value of its services, and will not perform an assessment if it can not substantially reduce the customer's energy use. Assessments will pay for themselves in the form of energy savings from implemented efficiency measures, and typically low- to no-cost measures are found. Rebates, grants, and/or financing loans are often available to assist in implementation, and Xspec will help a customer understand which of these it has as options.
