Xspec's main services include Level 1, Level 2, and custom targeted assessments. Xspec will give free estimates on any of these. Assessments will pay for themselves in the form of energy savings from implemented efficiency measures, and typically low- to no-cost measures are found. Rebates, grants, and/or financing loans are often available to assist in implementation, and Xspec will help a customer understand which of these it has as options. Xspec also offers general energy efficiency consulting services on an hourly or flat fee basis.
