PIE INFO & CARE Pie Safe~ Gone are the days of the pie safe but it is important to store your pie properly. Refrigerate - Pumpkin Pie, Bread Pudding, Cream Pies (Peanut butter Pie), Pecan Pies, Cheesecakes (dairy pies) Store at Room Temp - (aka the Kitchen Counter) Fruit Pies, brownies, cookies, other treats Life of a Pie ~ average 3 days in or out of refrigerator ie (Fruit Pies, 3 days counter life) (Cream Pies, 3 days refrigerator life) Frozen Pie ~ any of our pies may be frozen for a couple of months.
