Welcome to Pie 2 U ~ by Cater 2 U Catering As a branch to our catering company Cater 2 U, Co-owners Chef Phillip Martin and Amy Martin welcome you to our site. PIE INFO & CARE Pie Safe~ Gone are the days of the pie safe but it is important to store your pie properly. Refrigerate - Pumpkin Pie, Bread Pudding, Cream Pies (Peanut butter Pie), Pecan Pies, Cheesecakes (dairy pies) Store at Room Temp - (aka the Kitchen Counter) Fruit Pies, brownies, cookies, other treats Life of a Pie ~ average 3 days in or out of refrigerator ie (Fruit Pies, 3 days counter life) (Cream Pies, 3 days refrigerator life) Frozen Pie ~ any of our pies may be frozen for a couple of months. Thawing time varies 8-10 hrs for fruit pies (thaw on counter) and 12-13 hrs for cream pies (thaw in fridge) SHIPPING INFO
