As a physical-therapist owned business, we plan to offer a uniquely targeted array of products, as well as offer multiple education-based programs and clinics designed to help "move" the local population to a new level of fitness. Our motto, "transforming your fit--step by step" says it all. We are a neighborhood store conveniently located in a busy shopping plaza off of Ford Avenue in Richmond Hill, yet only ¼ mile east of 1-95 with easy access from other local communities. Our hope is that the members of our "neighborhood" will come check out our store with an open mind, willing to try out not only our shoes, but hear our philosophy on fitness, running, and injury prevention.
