My name is Jason and I recently finished doing P90X. I will admit there were times I wanted to give up. I mean come on doing P90X is not an easy program. In fact its hard, but I pushed through, did it and got the results I was hoping for. I think sometimes that I could not do this if I didn't have a coach and being apart of a support and accountability group on facebook. Making sure I show my before and after pics and what my diet was that day If I walked off the path my coach was their to put me back on the right path. Now I'm a coach. I have done the P90X & Insanity program and have had great success. Lost 28lbs in 90 days. You need me just as ask. I keep a judgement free zone. You walk off the path I will make sure you get back on it!!
