Important Image LLC is a print company based out of Atlanta, GA. We print in Atlanta and ship nationwide.

All orders are custom printed with your artwork so once they order has printed there is no refund or canceling of your order. In the event you wish to cancel an order the request must be in writing via email to info@importantimage.com. This must be done the same day you place your order and we will check on your order to make sure that it has not starting the production process. If the order has not started the production process it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the same credit card used to pay for your order. In the event that the order has entered the production process, it may NOT be cancelled. In the event that you need to file a claim for an order you received we must receive an email with the details no later than 15 calendar days.
