Manage the entire development of a commercial construction project from property acquisition through occupancy as the owners representative.

Assemble, manage and direct the entire development team to complete a renovation, addition or new facility on behalf of the client throughout the U.S. Find, negotiate and manage the design professionals and construction team for the project. Perform property due diligence, verify entitlements, planning and zoning and, permitting functions. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets. Insure documents are reviewed and coordinated. Manage construction quality. Deliver project on budget, on time and on scope to client satisfaction. Provide, where needed, all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment necessary to operate the facility.
