Ed Gee founded ISES in 1987, but we trace our roots back to 1980. At that time, Ed was instrumental in the first nationwide facilities condition assessment. For that project, a survey of historical properties at more than 50 National Parks across the US, he utilized the first computerized facilities condition database, a DOS-based system called BIPS.Ed recognized the need for providers of condition assessment services on a grand scale, leading to the founding of ISES Corporation. ISES has led the industry in developing this niche service into a vital comprehensive tool for larger landlords. Over the years we’ve developed other services that help facility managers optimize their portfolios.ISES is a 100% minority (Hispanic-American) owned firm.Our mission lies in providing quality consulting services at an exceptional value, while maintaining corporate profitability and integrity. We constantly reexamine our internal processes and procedures to improve our services and are determined to exceed your expectations.Our professional staff is comprised of experienced architectural and engineering inspectors, many of whom hold RA and PE certificates and degrees in architecture and mechanical, civil, electrical and industrial engineering. Our personnel not only have substantial experience providing our services, but also maintain special certifications in critical areas, such as LEED and energy management (CEM).
