Moon was born and raised in Tifton, Ga. Graduated from Tift High School, he attended Ga State University where he received a B.B.A. in Finance. Gratuated from Walter F. Georgia School of Law at Mercer Univ. in Macon, Ga. Floyd was a 1972 member of Leadership Georgia, has served as a past Lt Governor of the Kiwanis Club of Ga. Has been a member of the Valdosta Kiwanis Club & current Deacon at First Baptist Church of Adel, Ga. Jason B. Moon was born & raised in Valdosta, Ga. Graduated from Lowndes High School, he went on to graduate from UGA with a B.A. in History. He gr aduated from the GA State University Law School in Atlanta. Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Azalea City Kiwanis Club, the Alapaha Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and serves as the Deputy Legal Commissioner and a District Grand Master of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
