Charlton currently holds certifications in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and neuro-muscular therapies as well as Medical Massage and Table Shiatsu. His primary approach to bodywork is to stimulate and help facilitate the body's own corrective healing mechanisms, without pain or force, in large part, via the proprioceptive nervous system. With specific touch and care, it is possible for his clients to experience profound, spontaneous releases in muscle tissue and holding patterns that cause structural imbalances; for relief of both chronic and acute pain and dis-ease.
