Pizza Man

Put my order in at 5:33pm on August 6th. Told the person on the phone I had a coupon for 2 large two topping pizzas. Gave her my order, she said it would be $35.33, I said no, the coupon I have is for two large pizzas at $29.99, I am not ordering the jumbo pizzas. Oh the owner raised the price last week, he could not wait any longer she said. I said I realize that prices are going up, but an over $5 increase? She said do you want the pizzas or not, I said yes I do, but at the prices being charged I will need to start going somewhere else for pizza. She said have it your way and started to hang up the phone. I said what are you doing, oh I just walked away from the phone, I wasn't hanging it up. I said really?? I said I want to know how long until the pizza is ready since I am going to go ahead and put the order in. She said 50 minutes, no make it 60 minutes as we are really slammed. After I placed the order, I went to the website to put in a comment. I noticed that there were coupons, for 2 two topping pizzas for $29.99. I printed them out and took them with me along with the original coupon I had when I ordered. She told me that in order to get the $29.99 price I must order on line (and she couldn't have told me that on the phone???). I told her to me that was bait and switch, she said did I want the pizza or not, I kiddingly said no I was going to leave it here. She obviously took me seriously and walked away and started stocking cheese from the cooler. I counted out the money, paid for the pizza after standing there waiting for her to come back. She was rude to me I was rude to her, I don't like feeling that I am being screwed over and I don't like it when people are not honest. I have been ordering from Pizza Man for three or four years now, and the pizza has always been good, along with the customer service. This pizza had been left on top of the oven for a while and it was dried out. I will take my business elsewhere. Pricing whether ordered via the phone or website should be the same, one should not be penalized for ordering over the phone and picking up an order. Plus the fact that there was one other person picking up pizza when I arrived, and three pizzas in the oven, and three pizzas were being made, I do not call that slammed. As I left she told me to have a "blessed" evening, I refrained from turning around and replying and throwing the pizzas at her.
