PROFESSIONALISM

I eat publix wraps maybe5 or 6 tims a week at times buying 2 at a time I visit the midtown store more often because it is convient. I truely is there some kind uniform training because all publix do things 1 way EXCEPT this store. But when Nicole ads ingredients I don't approve of an i return the product an request another an she produces a rather hootlamouis ton to her voice an Nedra follows suit like gang bangers on the proul I actually feel violated

A Giving Spirit

Today October 27, 2020, I recently had surgery on my right (dominate) hand. I had just left physical therapy and stopped at Publix 4430 Wade Green Rd NW,Kennesaw. I had $20.00 in cash with me, bought a few items which came to $12 plus. After that I stopped at the pharmacy to check on my shingles shot and was informed that would be $10.00 I only had eight dollars left from shopping. I was so tired from PT, I didn't want to go home and come back. Since I'm a frequent shopper at Publix. I pulled Jennifer who works in customer service aside and told her my situation that I needed $2.00 she said come with me she took me over to pharmacy and paid for the whole thing. I'm so appreciative of her kindness, not only her but all your employees, you get top notch service.This had to be told.
