At Real Seal Sealcoating every job receives our best. First and foremost our customer service is welcoming, inviting, and here to serve you. Secondly every project will receive the following steps. Power edging - we cut back the grass from the driveway or parking lot edges. Power cleaning - any dirt or debris is cleaned with our power revolving broom. Power blowing - the asphalt surface is then blown clean. Oil Treatment - any oil spots are treated to stop any further deterioration of the asphalt surface. Hot tar Joint and Crack filling - joints and cracks are filled with 350 degree hot tar. Sealcoating - the asphalt surface is then sealed with a professional asphalt emulsion sealcoat.
