Massage customized for each client from several modalities. Mud or Seaweed Wrap massage. Salt or Sugar Scrub massage.

Massage is the hands-on application of soft tissue manipulation techniques to the body to enhance function, aid the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being. It can make your body, mind and spirit FEEL and FUNCTION BETTER. I provide therapeutic and relaxation massages and therapeutic spa body treatments. I am trained in several modalities of massage. If clients request a specific modality, I honor that request. Otherwise, I customize each massage for each client using Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral, Reiki, Reflexology, Acupressure and more. I also check in with each client during the massage to discover if any adjustments in pressure or comfort should be made. I want each client to leave feeling better than they did when they came.
