She has over 25 years of experience in training and leading people in academic, athletic and business settings. Jane has worked with clients in personal life coaching, team development and strategy refocus. She has assisted groups in defining purpose, developing a strategic plan and implementing action steps. Jane values trust, integrity and excellence. She uses her teaching skills, education, and experiences in coaching, consulting and training approaches to meet clients on their terms.
