We are a Hair salon that specializes in hair color and hair cutting. We are masters in both these fields with over 60 years combined experience.

Top Colour Shop was established in 2002 by Mguel and Babette Newman. Their focus on Corrective Hair Color. Both educators for their peers. Miguel taught for Swartzkoph on a International level and Babette a recent Artisian for Kuene and a Master hair cutter. Top Color is located at 1513 Mainstreet in Hopkins on a hill with a windmill on the north side of the street. We our open Wednesday thru Saturday. For appointment call 952-935-5451. We are a boutique salon in an old house with great art from local artist. A great experience ! Be Aware It's Your Hair !
