True Beauty Program is a company that empowers women to love themselves in order to reach their highest potential.

While we offer many programs and services, the core True Beauty Program is an 8 week, comprehensive personal and professional development program for young women ages 11 to 18-years-old. The True Beauty Program provides life skills to combat issues that girls and teens face daily to build self-esteem, a positive body image, overall health and well-being, leadership skills and everything else necessary to becoming strong women who will pursue their passion, purpose and accomplish the goals set for themselves. In order to achieve this, growing love for oneself is the foundation of what the Program teaches. We aim to inspire and transform today's generation of girls to respect themselves, dream big and empower others, all while providing a safe environment for them to share experiences an
