Warner Construction Services, Inc., was founded in 1993 as a small minority-owned construction company. The principal owner is Frank Warner Jr., Headquartered in Eden, GA. He is a certified heavy-duty mechanic with a "can do attitude" and a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industy, permitting procedures, zoning, and building codes. With a well-deserved reputation as a "top contractor," Frank has been privileged to work on and be responsible for a wide variety of high-profile and specialty projects, both as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor. Naturally, he appreciates the need to respond expediently, precisely, and efficiently to his clients' needs and concerns. In addition, Mr. Warner understands, intuitively, the magnitude of time management and task delegation; two critical factors for an industry where "time is money."
