I have over 20 years experience in real estate. I have worked for both mortgage lenders as well as for title companies and attorneys.

One of the reasons I opened my own consulting business was to assist homeowners with navigating the maze known as the loan modification application process that can take anywhere from 12 to 24 months. The majority of my clients have hired me to help challenge a denial letter that they received from their Lender. One of the most common reasons for denial is noted as "missing documents". On many occasions homeowners are receiving this type of denial letter even though they HAVE provided the documents required by their Lender. Other services I provide include assistance with short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosures and tax sale redemptions. I also do contract work for real estate attorneys, management companies, and other professional offices looking for a temporary or fill-in employee.
